Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the products and services provided by Metamersist Technologies. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using our apps or websites, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use the service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including posting false or unlawful listings, harassing other users, attempting to disrupt the platform, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Livestock marketplace

The livestock marketplace (buying/selling animals) is a lead-generation platform that connects buyers and sellers. Metamersist is not a party to any transaction between users there. We do not own, sell, inspect or guarantee any animals listed. All deals, payments, inspections and deliveries for livestock are arranged directly between the buyer and the seller — we play no part in that payment or delivery.

5. Company marketplace, payments & taxes

The company marketplace (agri-inputs and other products listed by verified companies) works differently: Metamersistfacilitates the checkout, so — unlike the livestock marketplace above — we are involved in that payment. Online payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay; we never see or store your full card, UPI or bank account details. Cash on delivery may be available for some orders. Prices shown include applicable taxes (GST/TCS) unless stated otherwise. We are not the manufacturer of listed products and do not independently verify every product claim made by a seller — the seller remains responsible for the accuracy of their listing and for fulfilling the order.

6. Cancellation, returns & refunds

For company marketplace orders: you may cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once delivered, you may request a return within 48 hours of delivery; the seller will review and approve or reject the request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's processing time. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or another method we agree with you. This section does not apply to the livestock marketplace, where payment happens directly between buyer and seller (see Section 4).

7. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that listings are accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metamersist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising out of transactions between users on the livestock marketplace, arising from your use of the service. For company marketplace orders, our liability is limited to the order value, except where liability cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
